1. Product introduction:  

Chromium Carbide Metal Powder is a gray powder with metallic luster. It is rhombohedral crystal system, density is 6.68g/cm3, melting point is 1890℃, boiling point is 3800℃. It has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance in high temperature environment (1000~1100℃). It is a high melting point metal-ceramic material, and hard alloy particles made with nickel-chromium alloy. 

Using plasma spraying method, it can be used as high temperature resistance, wear resistance, oxidation resistance and acid resistance coating. It is widely used in aircraft engines and petrochemical machinery devices, which can greatly improve the life of the machinery. Also commonly used as carbide grain refinement agent and other wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant components. Cr3C2-based cermets have excellent oxidation resistance at high temperatures.

2. Product details: Chromium and carbon are carbonized in vacuum status. Its molecular formula is Cr7C3, melting point is 1665 ℃ (theoretical weight of carbon is 10%), density is 6.9g/cm ³. The melting point of Cr3C2 is 1890 ℃ (the theoretical weight of carbon is 13%), and the density is 6.68g/cm ³， The hardness is above HV2200, and chromium carbide is non-toxic, non corrosive, non oxidizing and odorless. The appearance color of chromium carbide is silver gray. The crystal lattice of chromium carbide is positive and negative, the melting point is 1895 ℃, and the boiling point is 3800 ℃. High wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.
