Production Introduction

This 100x16mm Ceramic Flap Disc belong to the T27 Ceramic Flap Disc used on Type 27 Xtra Power angle grinder machine, professionally used for grinding and polishing  wood, plywood ,glass , stone and other non-metallic etc. This Ceramic Flap Disc is manufactured by using Germany's VSM870 and VSM850 abrasive paper in JUMA ABRASIVE CO.,LTD. It can have best performance during the using process . 

The structure of flap disc depend on the fiberglass backing plate type . At present , T27 abrasive Ceramic Flap Disc  and T29 abrasive Ceramic Flap Disc  are available in our comapny. They are used on different machines,T27 Xtra Power angle grinder machine and T29 Xtra Power angle grinder machine. 

 Germany's VSM-XK850 and VSM870  is used to produce our Ceramic Flap Disc 

T27/T29 Fiberglass Backing Pads with  7 layers to 14 layers used on our Ceramic Flap Disc 

Abrasive Flap Discs are manufactured by overlapping abrasive cloth strips and fasten them on the fiberglass backing plates. The special design make the flap disc have the best heat dissipation features to avoid burning workpiece , at the same time , it also prolong the using life of coated sanding disc.

Flap discs can do many operations installed on Xtra Power machine. Some times , the flap disc can be instead of grinding wheel to repair the size of finished products and not damage the roughness of workpiece. It is possible by using flap discs to grinding and finish polishing in one operation. 

Because of the unique construction of abrasive flap disc, it should allow for new grain to be constantly in contact with the surface, as the flaps continually wear out.
